Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from classicmenwears.com. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags attached).
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale or clearance items (marked as “Non-Returnable”)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Underwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items (for health reasons)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log in to your account on classicmenwears.com and go to Order History.
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship the return using the provided label (if applicable).

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer-paid returns: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
  • Prepaid returns: If eligible, we’ll provide a return label (deducted from your refund if applicable).

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the desired item is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us immediately via our Returns Center.
  2. Provide photos of the issue.
  3. We’ll arrange a free return & replacement (or refund if preferred).

Final Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet our policy.
